We are looking for a suitable property in Geneva for the future Maison de Racines. Our long-term goal is to acquire a permanent home for the project, but we are also open to long-term use, lease-to-purchase or other suitable arrangements. We welcome introductions, property opportunities and other support in this area.
Foundations, philanthropic organisations, companies and private donors supporting launch costs, financial support for residents or project development.
Social services, psychologists, doctors, addiction specialists, rehabilitation organisations, Spitex and other qualified professionals or organisations.
Social workers, organisations and professionals who may identify and refer potential residents when the residence becomes operational.
Where confirmed funding is available, DomRoots Suisse may offer a reduced resident fee to eligible people who would otherwise be unable to cover the full cost.
The principle is simple: a reduced resident fee is possible only when the difference is covered by a confirmed third-party or dedicated funding source.
Potential sources may include social services, cantonal or municipal support mechanisms, foundations, institutional grants, private donors, family or a dedicated DomRoots Suisse subsidy fund. No public financing agreement for Maison de Racines has yet been confirmed.
